Milena Patricia is a 40-year-old woman, dedicated for the past 12 years to the commercialization of baby clothing and accessories, as well as the sale of religious images. In her story, she tells how she has consolidated her two businesses and the process of positioning each of them in Rionegro, Antioquia. This woman highlights the key role of establishing strategies to satisfy the needs of customers through customer service, product quality, the incursion into virtual channels and the differentiating offer to attract and build customer loyalty.
